Pentagon Centre PDSP

Pentagon Centre

In 2008, the Arlington County Board approved a Phased Development Site Plan (PDSP) for Pentagon Centre, a high density, mix-used complex in Pentagon City. The approval was revised during the summer of 2015 to reflect changing market conditions and to reallocate the phasing of the project. The revised first phase of the PDSP allows current retailers such as Costco, Marshalls and Best Buy to exist while incorporating two new residential buildings that include additional retail, and a stand-alone above-grade parking garage(completed in late 2016)to serve Costco. The development aligns with the County's strategic priorities of smart growth, multi-modal transit options and green buildings.
