Share Your Happenings!

If you have an upcoming event, program, or special deal that you would like to share with the Crystal City community, you can submit the details here! After a quick review by staff to ensure accuracy, we will include it on our event calendar, social feeds, and where appropriate, our weekly newsletter. Most but not all programs will make it into our newsletter and all submissions must meet the following guidelines:

  • Keep the "Event Description" brief. We recommend 60 words or less.
  • Do not use first person narrative - i.e., we, I, us, etc. Submissions that include first person narrative will not be accepted.
  • For specials or a link to an upcoming calendar of events, include a note in the beginning of the "event description" providing additional detail.
  • We encourage submitting a flyer or photo representative of your event/program. Graphics should be .jpg format, smaller than 1MB, and be no wider than 999 pixels. You may also submit a standard 8.5x11" pdf flyer, but it must be less than 1MB.
