She is former Vice President at the NYC Economic Development Corporation overseeing the Queens portfolio of neighborhood-wide initiatives and high-profile, large-scale public projects. She has also been a consultant on various real estate and downtown projects. Tracy received her undergraduate degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University, her Master's in City Planning from MIT, and was a Fulbright Scholar in Damascus, Syria.
