5K Fridays
Every Friday in April, Crystal City hosts this popular evening race where you can hit the pavement after work and head to dinner or a local watering hole after crossing the finish line. Runners that register for the entire series will receive a complimentary Crystal Run shirt. Click here to register.

Bike to Work Week
May 11th through 15th - 7:00am to 9:00am - Friday, May 15th is National Bike to Work Day! The Crystal City BID is challenging area commuters to take the Bike to Work Week (BTWW) Challenge and ride to work every day of week. The 100 riders that show up the most number of mornings during pit stop hours, will receive a free, Crystal Ride Cycling Jersey!

The Air Force Association Cycling Classic
The Air Force Association Cycling Classic Challenge Ride, proudly brought to you by The Boeing Company, is back in Crystal City on Sunday June 14th! The Challenge Ride is an amateur, non-competitive, participatory ride, open to cyclists of all abilities. All participants will start and end in Crystal City. The ride will be held on a closed, 15km circuit in and around the Pentagon, Crystal City and the Air Force Memorial. Register today!

Cherry Blossom Menu at Jaleo
It's National Cherry Blossom Festival time, and to celebrate, Jaleo is offering cherry blossom specials through April 12th. Kids Create at the 296 Project
"Kids Create" - which is held once per month (4/18, 5/16) on a Saturday from 10:00am – Noon allows children between 4 and 10 years of age to get a little messy while working with their hands to create something with a patriotic theme to either keep or potentially send to a service member overseas. Painting Uncorked
Create a piece of art while sipping wine! No experience required. Taught by Studio Underground artist Justyne Fischer, these 2-hour classes will result in an original piece of art you can take home and enjoy. Created by YOU! Fee covers wine and all materials.Come with your friends and uncork your hidden artist! Must be 21 years of age or over to participate. Class is 2 hours from 6:30 – 8:30.
