Wednesday Night Spins
The Crystal City Business Improvement District in partnership with Vornado/Charles E. Smith and Crosshairs Cycling is hosting an indoor bike race every Wednesday night in the month of March. With weekly prizes for top finishers, competitors also earn points toward being the best rider of the month. Click here to register. Did you miss the first Wednesday Night Spin? Tossed & Found
The Junior League of Washington's 23rd Annual Tossed & Found returns to Crystal City from March 20th to 22nd. The annual weekend sale provides many families in our community with quality, gently-used household goods at bargain prices. Click here for more information. Want to shop early? 5K Fridays
Registration is now open for 5K Fridays. Every Friday in April, Crystal City hosts this popular evening race where you can hit the pavement after work and head to dinner or a local watering hole after crossing the finish line. Runners that register for the entire series will receive a complimentary Crystal Run shirt. Click here to register.

Bike to Work Week
May 11th through 15th - 7:00am to 9:00am - Friday, May 15th is National Bike to Work Day! The Crystal City BID is challenging area commuters to take the Bike to Work Week (BTWW) Challenge and ride to work every day of week. The 100 riders that show up the most number of mornings during pit stop hours, will receive a free, Crystal Ride Cycling Jersey!

The Air Force Association Cycling Classic
The Air Force Association Cycling Classic Challenge Ride, proudly brought to you by The Boeing Company, is be back in Crystal City on Sunday June 14th! The Challenge Ride is an amateur, non-competitive, participatory ride, open to cyclists of all abilities. All participants will start and end in Crystal City. The ride will be held on a closed, 15km circuit in and around the Pentagon, Crystal City and the Air Force Memorial. Register today!

TechShop After Dark
Techshop is thrilled to announce that it will be open 24/7 starting March 20th. The expanded hours will allow TechShop to extend services to all members, develop new services and solutions for members who are starting businesses, and even offer early classes and morning events.

Kids Create at the 296 Project
"Kids Create" - which is held once per month (3/21, 4/18, 5/16) on a Saturday from 10:00am – Noon allows children between 4 and 10 years of age to get a little messy while working with their hands to create something with a patriotic theme to either keep or potentially send to a service member overseas. Healthy snacks and beverages are always served. Click here to register.

Much Ado About Nothing
Synetic Founding Artistic Director Paata Tsikurishvili will direct one of Shakespeare’s best-loved comedies Much Ado About Nothing. Confirmed bachelor Benedick and the equally spirited and unwed Beatrice will spar, court and conspire in Synetic’s 11th Wordless Shakespeare adaptation. Set in 1950’s Las Vegas, this flirtatious and fiercely funny show will blow you away with rockin’ tunes, rat packers, and dreamy chicks who will shake, rattle, and roll as only Synetic performers can! The performance runs through March 22nd, and tickets and more info can be found here.

District Trivia at Highline RxR
Every Monday at 7 PM, District Trivia will have its first trivia night at Highline RxR. It's free to play, just show up! Participants can play as an individual or with a team, with no limits on the size of a team. Winners will get $25 for the First Place Prize and $10 for the Runner Up Prize. Arrive early and enjoy Highline's Happy Hour from 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM.

Tortoise and Hare
Hop in for one of the best weeks of the year to be at Tortoise and Hare! St. Patrick's Day with Irish fare and fun, NCAA basketball starting at noon Thursday, the best brunch on Sunday, and Live Music all weekend long. Shake the snow off and come out and play!

Painting Uncorked
Create a piece of art while sipping wine! No experience required. Taught by Studio Underground artist Justyne Fischer, these 2-hour classes will result in an original piece of art you can take home and enjoy. Created by YOU! Fee covers wine and all materials.Come with your friends and uncork your hidden artist! Must be 21 years of age or over to participate. Class is 2 hours from 6:30 – 8:30.
