CRYSTAL CITY, VA — The Crystal City Business Improvement District (BID), in partnership with Vornado/Charles E. Smith, is helping you recover from a busy week of Inuaguration festivies with the 1K Beer Walks. Mark your calendars for the Vintage Crystal: 1K Beer Walks next weekend and prepare to enjoy an afternoon sipping and sampling beer while exploring all that Crystal City has to offer.
Get ready to lace up your walking shoes and sip your way to the finish line, but don’t expect energy drinks along the way! Walkers will sample dozens of beer varieties as they make their way through a fun, indoor course at the Crystal City Shops during this one-of-a-kind event produced by the Washington Wine Academy. Stay warm from the cool temperatures with heats starting every half hour. Celebrate a personal best at the finish line party on the 12th floor of 251 18th Street and sport your 1K race T-shirt to prove you completed the course!
The walks begin in the Crystal City Shops @ 2200 (2200 Crystal Drive) and end on the 12th floor of 251 18th Street, Arlington, VA. Blue and Yellow METRO Lines to Crystal City Station
