The week will feature free outdoor yoga and Zumba classes, a fitness fair, farmers’ market, community bike ride, and an evening 5K race – something for everybody!
“The response to our Fit, Run, and Ride programs has been overwhelming, so we decided to celebrate the success of our Active campaign with a week-long series of events,” said Angela Fox, President/CEO of the Crystal City BID. “The Crystal City health week gives residents, workers, and visitors great opportunities to get motivated, energized, and healthy!”

Located at Crystal Drive and 18th Street, the health fair will be open 10:30AM – 2:30PM. Register today to donate blood at www.inova.org/donateblood.
