Art and Politics Collide in the First Annual G-40 Art Summit

CRYSTAL CITY (ARLINGTON), VA— An office building gets a radical makeover into a progressive contemporary exhibition space as the G-40 Art Summit rolls into Crystal City this March 2010. An artistic interpretation of the G-20 political summit, the G-40 will showcase four state-themed floors with ten featured artists and 40 additional artists per floor. The Art Summit presents a dynamic new gallery experience representing visionary artists from across the world.
There will be over 400 participating artists presenting a wide variety of works – from sculpture and paintings to collages, photography and many other forms of mixed media. This exhibit will be carefully curated and accompanied by other exciting experiential elements ranging from live mural painting to resident DJ’s.
