Partner Enhancements
At times, the Crystal City BID identifies landscaped areas that could use a makeover that are located on private property. In these cases, the Crystal City BID turns to the owner and negotiates a cost-sharing arrangement on the property so that the community can benefit from an upgraded public realm while the private property owner that directly benefits shares in the cost. By leveraging funding in this manner, the Crystal City BID and its partners can engage in some truly transformational landscape enhancements.
