The Potomac Crescent Waldorf School will hold its annual Fall Festival for families on October 16, 2010, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will be held at the school at 923 S. 23rd Street, Arlington. Admission is $10 per child. Lunch is available for purchase. At this annual fundraiser for the Potomac Crescent Waldorf School, visitors will enjoy a family-centered day of traditional games, crafts, storytelling, and puppet plays. Children will be invited to dye silk scarves, create beautiful felt necklaces, make ropes, and participate in other activities. Blacksmithing skills and spinning will also be demonstrated. Holiday shoppers will find many unique handmade gifts at our Waldorf handwork table and may bid on a wide variety of items and gift packages at our silent auction.
