Crystal City is pleased to be the title city sponsor for this event. Arlington & Alexandria Community Bike Ride, sponsored by Arlington County, City of Alexandria, Mountain Atlantic, and the Washington Area Bicyclists Association. Grab your family and friends and bring ‘em all out to the Arlington & Alexandria Community Bike Ride on Saturday, June 7, 2008. This non-competitive riding event is designed for families and people of all ages and will give you a fun, first-hand view of some of the best trails, bike routes and facilities the region has to offer! They day will conclude with music and family fun activities.
Riders have two routes to choose from with full service rest stops along both. Valet bike parking, music and entertainment will be available at the finish line. It’s sure to be a fun-filled day! Rain or shine.
Start Time: Community Tour (23 miles) 8:00 am; Family Ride (8 miles) 8:30 am.
Starting Location: Crystal City, 2121 Crystal Dr. (2.5 blocks from the Crystal City Metro)
