This year we will feature Jungle, Jeans, Tats and Tees (Tease). To catch up on all of the fun, check out our Couture Page. You can download this .pdf to learn more about the upcoming Couture.

This year's event will be fun and exciting every evening with at least three runway shows each hour and free hair styles and makeovers.  There will be 30 or more boutiques featured every evening and many will be selling their clothes right off the runway at great event prices.  Don't miss out on this fun, FREE event!  There are also many specials at local restaurants; click here for great deals!

The "tats" part of our theme will feature body art by Roger Riggle and Kim Reyes.  We will also have free temporary tattoos; check out our cool Crystal City-inspired temporary tattoos.

We already have over 50 boutiques/designers signed up to participate this year!  A limited list is provided alongside to the right.  Click on the logos to be redirected to their sites so you can do a little browsing before you shop at Crystal Couture.  Also, when you spend $20 or more with a vendor, you will receive a chic, eco-friendly shopping tote made from recycled street banners (limit one per customer per vendor).

We will also have two contestants from America's Next Top Model stopping by!  Come out and meet Bianca of Cycle 13 and Kelly of Cycle 12.

2010 Crystal Couture will also feature Malek Naz Freidouni Photography. Naz was with us last year, and took many of the great pictures, and we look forward to having her back again.

Outside photographers are welcome at the event.  Please see a staff member to fill out a photographer waiver or access it here and have it ready when you arrive.

Monday, February 1

Aly from Mix 107.3 will be the host for the Crystal Couture opening celebration.  Join Aly and the Mix Fashion Fix for a great evening of fashion and fun!  And don't forget your favorite tee--Truth Among Liars will be printing T-shirts this evening!

Tuesday, February 2

The T-shirt design competition will be going on all night!  Come out and support local designers as models showcase their designs on the runway.  The winner will be chosen by an audience participatory vote, so your voice counts!  Make sure to be there!

Truth Among Liars will be printing T-shirts in person on Tuesday.  Bring a favorite tee!

Also, Diahna Lynn of Diahna Lynn Wig & Hair Studio will be present to show you how you could look and feel with hair extensions.

Friday, February 5

It's National Wear Red Day in honor of the American Heart Association's Go Red Campaign.  The Go Red staff will be present allowing heart-healthy advocates to sign up for the campaign, win prizes, and learn about heart health.  Also, building on last year's success, there will be a casting call for the Go Red national ad campaign.  One amazing woman , Andrea Wongsam, was chosen last year from Crystal Couture to share her story...this year it could be you!  Andrea's story is below.

Andrea Wongsam was 35 at the time of her heart attack and was pregnant.  She had never thought she would be a candidate for a heart attack and ended up mistaking her symptoms until it was too late.  Sadly, she lost her baby, but always trying to find the positives in life, she is now dedicated to raising awareness and sharing her story so that others will not have to go through what she did.

Saturday, February 6

Find out what all the tease was about at the closing celebration!  In addition to the theme for the week--Jungle, Jeans, Tats, and Tees (as in T-shirts)--there will be a little Tease with fabulous lingerie runways this evening.  Celine de Paris is the premier lingerie boutique at the event; check out their site to see what they have to offer. Bisnow will be on hand to help finish Couture in style.
